The app is provided as is

MathQuest Kids is offered free of charge, without warranty of any kind. We aim for accuracy in every question, and the content is checked before each release, but educational material is not guaranteed to be free of error. It is a practice tool, not a substitute for schooling.

Supervising a child's use

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising how a child uses the app, including whether to turn on the optional cloud sync, which is off until an adult enables it.

How the app handles data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
